AIn this paper an attempt is made to bring out some guidelines for improving the pricing of industrial products. In this respect, it discusses the impact of the characteristics of industrial products and the characteristics of B2B markets on the pricing. In the article are examined the basic approaches and methods of pricing and is defended the view that in terms of industrial products, the future is in favour of the value-based pricing. In support of this view the author considers studies of authoritative scholars and leading consulting companies that are professionally engaged in prices and pricing.
