STRATEGIC DECISIONS TOWARDS COMPETITORS IN TIMES OF INSTABILITY

Change of the behavior of the factors from the external environment for the organization, the subsequent internal changes of the organizational processes; increasing intensity of the impact of competitive forces and the demand for opportunities for improving of the competitive advantages of organizations; rapid technological development and implementation of successful investment projects; growing need for optimization of the business processes and reducing of the operating costs - this is a small part of the problems accompanying the everyday life of contemporary organizations. The unstable business environment provokes managers to change their management approach, focusing on overcoming the changes and uncertainty. Thе article presents the opinion of the author about one of the common problems in the strategic management of the organization related to determine of a successful competitive strategy.
